We want you to love your purchase from House of Fit! If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return and refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return. We also cannot accept returns on custom or personalized products.
How to Start a Return

Contact Us: To start your return, please email us at houseoffit.business@gmail.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Instructions: We will send you a reply and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: Since we offer free shipping, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or wrong item), we will provide a pre-paid return label.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item at your convenience.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at houseoffit.business@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to send you a replacement or issue a full refund, covering all associated costs.
