Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within [1-2] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if we expect any significant delays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Important Note on Delivery Time:

Our estimated delivery window is 7–14 business days from the date of shipment. We aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible, but we build in this timeframe to account for potential carrier delays, customs holds, or logistical delays that can occasionally affect the shipping process.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (If Applicable)

 

House of Fit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim at houseoffit.business@gmail.com. 

However, we want to ensure you get your product. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
